MAIN POINTS DISCUSSED AT TUTORIAL:
Ensuring depth within the documentary and the character. It's an exploration of her passion yes, but we need to make sure we're asking her the right questions (especially in interviews) in order to obtain that DEPTH.
Discussing the most efficient way to capture Chloe as a colourful person with the use of colourful lighting/gels, David gave us some advice on how to use what we've got (Abigail's lights) to the best of their potential.
ACTION PLAN WITH PROPOSED DATES:
This is the first time ever where I'm in a group to which I don't actually need to be on set for, which is a shame, but its the most productive option we have in terms of convenience when filming and to ensure Chloe's comfort.
The girls, Robyn, Abigail and Kate, will be going on another two shoots (one being yesterday, at the same date of the tutorial) and another on Thursday, to which I have booked equipment for. I won't be on set, so I'm just trying to keep everything organised and ready for the others.
I shall attach a snippet of the risk assessment for this below (near identical to the risk assessment the previous time we booked out equipment as it is in the same location and same circumstances).
