Due to Covid, we've had to change virtually everything. We're only allowed to shoot within a room, so we had to figure out a way to work around that. Our director, Will, came up with the idea that still allowed us to explore the photographer's psyche even with these restrictions. Our aim is to construct a white room, essentially like some type of white-filled void that seems somewhat dream-like. But to do so, we'd have to do a lot of lighting work, try and find some white walls, etc. etc... On an optimistic note, I'm sure it'll be fun to get to film again as it's been a while.
At this point in time, we've just decided on a shoot date out of the options we had, being the 12th of April. Although this isn't ideal, it's better than doing it on the 20th as that would leave me less time to do the edit. It may not be the original film, but we still need to put all of our efforts in.
Due to covid-related complications, I'm also going to have to record sound on set, but I've not had much experience with this, and so I'm going to have to do some research into how to go about this. In regards to using Pro Tools, I have a grasp of the program, but in regards to actual sound recording, I'm sure it'll be a challenge.
